The V-ROADS Erasmus+ project, implemented locally by the Public Vocational
Training Centre Elbasan (QFPP/AKPA) under the Ministry of Economy and
Innovation, in cooperation with Tjetër Vizion and the Albanian Federation of
Mountaineering and Mountain Tourism, cordially invites you to a discussion on
tourism skills development in Albania.

Tourism is one of Albania’s fastest-growing sectors, yet a gap between labour
market needs and available training remains.
V-ROADS addresses this challenge by developing micro-credentials, short
training modules aligned with the European Qualifications Framework (EQF)

The event will bring together tourism businesses, VET providers and public institutions and wiil offer the opportunity of:

• Discover how V-ROADS can support skills development in the tourism sector
• Engage in a discussion on emerging tourism skills and inclusive tourism
• Contribute insights to the Skills Gap Analysis and the design of future training activities
• Network with VET providers, tourism businesses, and institutional partners
