Project Description

ENGAGE-BH aims to promote the empowerment of civil society, businesses, institutions and the research community in Bosnia and Herzegovina.

The goal is to develop innovative and participatory strategies for a sustainable and inclusive transition, helping to strengthen social cohesion and modernise the country in line with European standards.

 

Objectives

  • Strengthening local skills through Capacity Building activities
  • Promoting the active participation of young people and women in shaping strategies for the energy and digital transition
  • Creating transnational partnerships between institutions, businesses, civil society organisations and research bodies
  • Identifying innovative solutions for the green and digital transition in Bosnia and Herzegovina
  •  

Key Activities

  • Needs analysis: engaging local stakeholders to identify needs and opportunities linked to the green and digital transition
  • Capacity Building: organising thematic workshops on sustainability, innovation and inclusive participation
  • Development of a shared strategy: producing a guidance document setting out innovative solutions emerging from the project
  • Study visit and closing conference: exchanging good practice with Italian partners through visits to the Ravenna and Bologna Tecnopoli, and presenting results at a public event

 

Risultati previsti

Una Open Landscape Academy affermata come piattaforma transnazionale per l’avanzamento delle conoscenze nel campo della trasformazione democratica del paesaggio.
Una comunità di pratica con conoscenze avanzate sui metodi e gli approcci alla trasformazione democratica del paesaggio
Una serie di materiali didattici e formativi multilingue.
Laboratori locali di democrazia del paesaggio in tutte le sedi universitarie coinvolte.

 

Modalità di implementazione del progetto

Sono stati selezionati 20 utenti, in base ai criteri elencati nel bando, ad essi è stato proposto un percorso così declinato:

Orientamento specialistico individuale e di piccolo gruppo ( 7 ore)
formazione sulle competenze trasversali volte a favorire l’inserimento e la permanenza nel mercato del lavoro (32 ore)
formazione obbligatoria sulla “Sicurezza nei luoghi di lavoro – alto rischio” (16 ore)
tirocinio formativo e di orientamento ( da 3 a 6 mesi).
Al termine del progetto i partecipanti hanno ricevuto un attestato che certificava le competenze acquisite.

 

Destinatari

Laureandi e neolaureati (laureati da meno di 12 mesi) dell’Ateneo di Bologna – Campus di Ravenna, domiciliati o residenti in Emilia-Romagna, non occupati.

Project Partner

  • Fondazione Flaminia (Italy): Project coordinator, with expertise in innovation and training
  • Italian-Bosnian Chamber of Commerce (CCIB): Facilitates economic and cultural relations between Italy and Bosnia
  • Helsinki Citizens’ Assembly Banja Luka: NGO engaged in social and inclusive development in the Balkans
  • PRONI Center for Youth Development: Youth organisation promoting young people’s engagement in democratic processes
