The project “Culture of Innovation and Business Incubation” (CINIM), branded RockER, draws on the experience of organisations engaged in start-up incubation and acceleration across the cities of Romagna, united by the ambition to build a systemic approach towards a new offer that is solid, credible and recognisable at national level. Bringing together the strengths of Ser.In.Ar. (managing body of Cesenalab and the Forlì-Cesena Tecnopolo), the Municipality of Ravenna (managing body of the Ravenna incubator), Fondazione Flaminia (managing body of the Ravenna Tecnopolo) and Fondazione del Monte (managing body of the Faenza Contamination Lab), these partners designed the project to deliver a new offer comprising an incubation programme for seven start-ups and an acceleration programme for a further seven start-ups. The partnership of these four organisations is further strengthened by the support of additional bodies that, while not part of the formal joint venture (ATS), have formally confirmed their backing and participation in the project, contributing strategic expertise and networks: CIRI Aerospazio UNIBO, the Municipality of Cesena, investment funds, trade associations and businesses. With regional support, the project aims to be the first edition of a long-term collaboration demonstrating how working together can deliver ambitious, large-scale projects and generate lasting socio-economic impact.
